EVM is committed to clean energy for future generations
Global Battery Materials & Technology
for a Clean Energy Future
About us
We are building a global battery materials and technology business for a clean energy future.
To achieve this, we are fast-tracking the staged production of high purity chemicals and cathode active materials (CAM) for rechargeable batteries used in electric vehicles and renewable energy storage. High purity battery materials are central to the global transition to electrification.

Our fully integrated battery materials business
Our business model and strategy is based on upstream, midstream and downstream integration of proprietary supply chains from in-situ critical raw materials to downstream production of high purity chemicals and CAM.
We have secured long term and stable supplies of critical raw materials that will be used as feedstock for our world first integrated Battery Chemicals Complex being built in Yanbu Industrial City in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. EVM will produce high purity chemicals and CAM for electric vehicle and battery cell manufacturers seeking transparent and geopolitically aligned supply chains across UK, Europe and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
How we are meeting the global demands for electrification
Electric vehicle and battery cell manufacturers are seeking secure, transparent and stable long-term supplies of critical raw minerals, high purity chemicals and cathode active materials.
Widespread electrification and the switch to renewable energy technologies is expected to create unprecedented demand for critical minerals such as lithium, copper, cobalt, nickel and rare earth elements, which are used in the production of rechargeable batteries. We are developing the upstream supply chain for critical raw minerals, to be processed at our Battery Chemicals Complex. Shortages in midstream and downstream processing capacity in the UK, Europe and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are expected to put growth plans for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) at risk.

Our integrated global supply chain for OEMs
What sets us apart is the strategic integration of the upstream supply of critical raw materials into our core business model, which will be processed at our Battery Chemicals Complex serving the global OEM market.
We are answering the needs of OEMs
- Midstream and downstream processing capacity of high purity chemicals
- Critical raw materials from politically stable countries with low sovereign risk
- Upstream supplies of ethically sourced raw materials
- Secure, transparent and stable supply chains
- Long term pricing models
- Long term tenements and off-take agreements
