Global Battery Materials & Technology
for a Clean Energy Future

About us

EV Metals Group plc (EVM) is a global battery materials and technology company committed to a clean energy future

We are focused on the production of high purity chemicals and battery materials required in rechargeable batteries for electric vehicles (EVs) and renewable energy storage.

The global transformation to electrification is happening at pace, creating huge demand across the battery materials supply chain from upstream in-situ critical minerals, to midstream high purity battery chemicals and to downstream battery materials.

As structural deficits in global supply chains for rechargeable batteries emerge over the next decade, EVM is strategically positioned to become a leading supplier of battery materials for EVs and renewable energy storage.

Our fully integrated battery materials business

EVM is a fully integrated battery materials business and will produce high purity chemicals and cathode active materials (CAM), offering EV and battery cell manufacturers a long term, transparent and geopolitically aligned supply chain.

We are building integrated supply chains for OEMs through upstream production of intermediate products containing critical raw materials from our mineral resources in Australia; midstream processing facilities of high purity chemicals at our integrated Battery Chemicals Complex in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and downstream processing of high purity chemicals to produce battery materials at localised manufacturing plants in target markets including Europe, North America and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

How we are meeting the global demands for electrification

Electric vehicle and battery cell manufacturers are seeking secure and stable long-term supplies of critical raw minerals, high purity chemicals and CAM.

Widespread electrification and the switch to renewable energy technologies is expected to create unprecedented demand across the battery materials supply chain from upstream critical raw materials, midstream processing of high purity chemicals through to downstream production of battery materials. Shortages in localised processing and production of high purity chemicals and CAM in Europe, North America and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are expected to put growth plans for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) at risk.

EVM is meeting the global demand by offering OEMs fully integrated, stable, long term and geopolitically aligned supply chains.

Our fully integrated global supply chain for OEMs

What sets us apart is the strategic integration of upstream production of intermediate products containing critical raw materials from in-situ mineral resources, midstream production of high purity chemicals from intermediate products and downstream production of CAM from high purity chemicals.

This is supported by world-class battery materials technology, battery technology centres with pilot plants and laboratory facilities, along with technical capabilities for product development and innovation serving the global OEM market.
