Lithium Resources

Partnering with Australian and International lithium companies for responsible sources of spodumene concentrate.

We are looking to partner with Australian and International lithium companies to fund and fast track exploration, development, mining, processing and production of spodumene concentrate through joint ventures and offtake agreements.

We launched the Australian Lithium Alliance (ALA) in January 2022, a strategic initiative to partner with Australian companies to accelerate exploration, development, mining, processing and production of lithium minerals.

This will be implemented by the Australian Lithium Alliance Pty Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of EVM, through joint ventures and offtake agreements for the upstream integration of diversified and global supply chains.

Establishing a localised supply chain for critical raw materials in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

EVM is committed to the deploying Western Australia’s world leading exploration and mining capabilities to develop a Saudi supply chain for critical raw materials required for the transition to electrification.

In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, EVM through its wholly owned subsidiary RIWAQ Al Mawarid for Mining (RIWAQ), is actively exploring for lithium, nickel sulphides and other battery metals.  RIWAQ has applied for a large number of exploration licenses in the highly prospective and underexplored Arabian Shield and, with a well-developed strategy, is seeking to execute field programs for the rapid development of critical upstream raw materials.

EVM holds 11 exploration licences encompassing 1,093 km2 in a prospective area for lithium pegmatites known as Balthaga, which is located 400km east of Jeddah in the South-East of the Arabian Shield. Preliminary findings of systematic soil geochemistry sampling at the Balthaga Lithium Project has confirmed promising results with pathfinder elements present, indicative of the potential for lithium bearing pegmatites and rare earth elements.

With further licence applications under processing, we are working in partnership with key government agencies to accelerate exploration for new deposits of minerals and metals to develop a localised supply chain.
